At MichBie, we are committed to providing a reliable, fast, and safe delivery experience to all our customers.

 

1. Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), slight delays may occur.

 

2. Delivery methods

We use reliable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator or UPS, depending on your location and the type of product ordered.

 

3. Estimated delivery times

  • Quebec & Canada: 3 to 7 business days

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 15 working days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your region and weather or customs conditions.

4. Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, destination, and service selected. Shipping is free for orders over $100 (before taxes) within Canada.

 

5. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package at any time.

 

6. Delivery address

Please ensure the address provided is accurate and complete. MICHbIE is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

 

7. Returns and refusal of delivery

In the event of a package being returned due to an invalid address or refusal of delivery, reshipping fees may apply.

Return Policy

At Michbie, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return it under the following conditions:

 

1. Return deadlines

You have 14 days following receipt of your order to make a return.

 

2. Eligibility conditions

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Items on sale or on promotion are final sale (non-refundable or exchangeable), except in the event of a defect.

  • 3. Return procedure

 

  • Before returning an item:

 

  1. Email us at returns@michbie.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. A return label may be sent to you depending on the case (fees may apply).

  3. Carefully package the item and return it to the address provided.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund or store credit will be issued within 5-10 business days.

  • Initial delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we advise you to return it and then place a new order to avoid stock shortages.

 

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all costs associated with correcting the error.
